These Terms of Service govern your use of San Ramon Dog Walking and Sitting’s website and services. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide dog walking, pet sitting, and related pet care services. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet(s).

• Ensure pets are licensed and vaccinated per California law.

• Provide safe access to your home/property.

• Disclose any behavioral or health issues.

3. Liability

Pet care involves inherent risks. By using our services, you accept responsibility for those risks. We are not liable for injury, illness, or damages to pets, property, or persons, except in cases of gross negligence.

4. Insurance / Indemnification

You agree to hold San Ramon Dog Walking and Sitting harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your pet(s) or breach of these Terms.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled service to receive a full refund or reschedule credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content (logos, text, photos) is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue shall be in Contra Costa County, California.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates here. Continued use means you accept changes.
